Instructions:

Extract both .rar files
run the exe file inside
install the game (look at the serial information below)
Use the shortcut from the desktop to play

Serial Information:

Leave the first two fields blank
Enter the serial: (without the -s)
Then input the name: Warez-BB
Then hit next

Moderated Message:

Serial number(s)/key(s) removed -lionden
